Delete your account
This page is for the MV Limousine apps — the customer app «MV Limousine» and the showroom/vendor app — and the website mv-limousine.com. You can delete your account and its personal data at any time.
1. Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Customer app «MV Limousine»: open the app → My account → Delete account → confirm.
- Vendor (showroom) app: open the app → Profile → Delete account → confirm.
- Website: sign in → My account → Delete account → enter your password.
The deletion happens immediately. If you have a booking that is still running (waiting for approval, payment or the trip), finish or cancel it first — the app will tell you.
2. Or ask us to delete it
Can't sign in, or don't have the app any more? Send the request with the form on this page or on WhatsApp +20 104 444 6317 or by email to info@mv-limousine.com. We call or message the account's number to confirm it's yours, then delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email and password.
- Your profile photo and any documents you uploaded (ID, licence, criminal record, proof of residence).
- Your saved addresses and locations.
- Notification tokens and every signed-in session on your devices.
- For showrooms: the account is switched off and its cars are no longer shown to customers.
What is kept, and for how long
- Booking and payment records (dates, amounts, invoices) are kept without your name or phone number, for up to 5 years, because Egyptian accounting and tax rules require it. They can no longer be linked to you.
- Ratings you left stay on the car or showroom page without your name.
